Final Order Form

Please fill out the Final Order Form below. Allow 1-3 business days for our team to review and confirm that your files are press-ready. Your final invoice will also be sent via email, payment is required to begin production on all projects. Once the deposit is made, your project will be scheduled for press. We will keep you updated with an estimated completion date.

File Name Format

When preparing to send us the components of your project for press, please use the following format to name your files. We receive a high volume of files per day and incorrect file names may result in delays or errors while printing your project.

  • Shelley_Frankenstein_CVR_06.01.23.pdf

  • lastname_booktitle_component_date(mm.dd.yy) + file extension

  • Interior: TXT
    Cover: CVR
    Book Jacket: JKT
    Printed Endpaper (Front): EP_FRONT
    Printed Endpaper (Back): EP_BACK
    Foil Stamping Guide: SG
    Insert: INS
    Inset Image (Cover): CVR_INSET

  • In the case that you need to transfer an updated file on the same date, please add _V2 (to indicate that it is the second version on that date). If you do not indicate this update it will not be clear to the production team and may result in the wrong file being printed.

Prepress Work & Resubmission Fees

Before submitting, please double-check that your files are set up correctly. If incorrect files are submitted more than 2x we will charge a $75 file resubmission fee. If you have any questions regarding the process, we are happy to help. Connect via email with your project liaison or call the studio for clarification. Additionally, if you need technical help with finishing your files, we are available to help with prepress work at an hourly rate.
